Sandra currently serves as the EMEAA Emergency Management Specialist/Disaster Duty Officer/Hospital Patient Decontamination Team Member in San Diego, CA .
Sandra is a certified Blue Campaign and Polaris Disaster Responder, and FEMA National Emergency Management professional with an emphasis in Human Trafficking education and eradication.
Sandra enjoys continuing and higher education and studied at Texas A & M and the National Disaster and Emergency Management Institute.
Sandra is a speaker with an empathetic voice to those that detect incidents, have been victims of crime, and are healing from the effects of Human Trafficking which is increasingly worsening in today’s world.
With great heart and humility, Sandra has a heart for the troops. She serves and gives back to the huge military community with hundreds of thousands of veterans in San Diego where she volunteers with many service organizations.
