Meet Mrs. Anaika Fletcher-Hay, who serves as an Education and Training Leader at a prominent U.S. Air Force Base. Anaika is a mother and proud wife of an Air Force Retiree, became a new author, creative influencer, bi-lingual educator, and career development entrepreneur to expand her impact to the world.
Anaika promotes culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion and seeks to empower others to grow by learning new languages, traveling, and obtaining higher education, with strong literacy.
